Born in Helsinki, Finland, Tiina’s life has been a journey of transformation and connection, shaped by living across three continents and immersing herself in diverse cultures. Her healing journey began in her 20s, when she turned to holistic practices to overcome burnout, heal a diagnosis of depression and anxiety, and changes she could create in a mild case of scoliosis.

Over 14+ years, Tiina has cultivated a multidisciplinary approach to healing, blending the somatic practices of yoga, fascial work, and breathwork, with subtle practices of sound healing, and energy work, and intellectual understanding through transpersonal psychology, and the intelligence of wisdom traditions including plant medicine such as Cacao. She offers Clarity Breathwork, Cacao Ceremonies, Vayu Aerial Yoga, and more to support others in finding and creating clarity, connection, a life of meaning, and inner peace.

She also co-owns Varuna, a plant-based restaurant celebrating nourishing food and community.

Tiina’s guided by the philosophy that “when we heal ourselves, we heal the world” with an embodied understanding that the truths we find on the inside, are reflected in a creative life on the outside.
