The breath is our most intimate ally in our life and in a Clarity Breathwork session we work with this potent but gentle technique to unravel conditioning around the breath and our subconscious imprints, to allow your true breath and true self to be expressed.

In a Clarity Breathwork session we are working with the intelligence of breath and with the personal situation or intentions that you bring into the session.  This style of breathwork can help you to truly meet yourself, and to receive visionary, mental, emotional, or spiritual clarity in the area that you are seeking to work with.  In addition it can help to liberate creative blockages, heal trauma and emotional repression, integrating shadow aspects of your psyche, and transform limiting thoughts and beliefs, you may experience expanded states of consciousness, open to receive spiritual insight, and shift into more supportive subconscious programming.  

One session can be groundbreaking, and it is encouraged to undertake a series to enable your system to experience the transformation that comes with a more regular connection and opening into the breath.

Birth Story { Rebirthing } Breathwork

In this line of breathwork we are working with the details of your birth story, with the purpose of bringing consciousness into the ways in which the conditions of the moment your umbilical cord was cut and you took your very first breath have left impressions in your being that can have ripple effects on your life.  While many have seamless births, many experience varying degrees of trauma at birth.  Often times when we are trying to launch or birth a new project, or transition into a life created on our terms, or expand our capacity for true love and genuine joy this birth trauma gets activated.  When we work with the breath it communicates intelligently with the imprints left in the body, the nervous system, and consciousness to restructure our experience, and opens your ability for you to rebirth yourself. 

It is encouraged to undertake a series to enable your system to fully release the first breath imprints.

Chat & Breathe

This style of session is for clients who have completed a series of 3, 1:1 Clarity Breathwork or Birth Story Breathwork Sessions, minimum. 

During a Chat & Breathe session we will work with the same framework as a Clarity Breathwork session, but work with time we have more potently. This is a wonderful option to give yourself the sacred space to drop in and receive the clarity, attunement, or recalibration your system is asking for, only in a more time-concise way.

All sessions include a follow up email of signature themes, divine messages, or integration exercise recommendations.
