The technique itself is a conscious connected circular breathing technique that gently and effectively supports in detoxifying the cells of your body, as well as your subconscious mind, and can support you in realizing greater clarity in any area of your life.
Clarity Breathwork sessions can be in person in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica; and are also available and just as effective online.

What you can expect
A Clarity Breathwork session begins with sharing during the first half of the session, for us to connect in a meditation to ground and express your intentions for the session, followed by time for exploring your current life situation, and sharing about any specific topic you are bringing to the session. During the second part of the session you will be laying down to receive a guided breathwork journey that can include music, subtle energy work, and 1:1 guidance in navigating the material. The breath itself guides the session to help reveal insights, to process and release stuck emotions in your subtle and physical body, and allow for expanded states of consciousness. Each journey is incredibly unique.
Individual sessions last for 1h 30 minutes, and the initial session is 2h.
For best results it is encouraged to book a minimum of 3 sessions, and recommended to book a series of 10.
Individual sessions can effectively take place online.
Clarity Breathwork is a powerful experience for groups, especially those on a retreat style wellness immersion, and it combine beautifully with a Sound Bath, Cacao Ceremony, or both.
Here are some recommendations to consider before a Clarity Breathwork in Manuel Antonio, or online:
- Avoid eating a heavy meal at least two hours before the session.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
- Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before the session.
